KIDD (née Moore) Mary Jane 'Polly' - On this the first anniversary of Polly's death (July 26, 2010), husband and companion Golding 'Billy' (of 50 years), children Jonathan, Janis (Brownlee), Canada, Jennifer (Keating) and the extended family are most appreciative of all the love and sympathy extended during Polly's illness and since her death. We were greatly supported by all those who attended the funeral especially those who travelled long distances, sent letters, cards or phoned. Special thanks to The Rev Canon Patrick Lawrence and The Rev Kevin Dalton for their pastoral ministry to all of us; to the congregation of Monkstown C of I, the choir and organist Raymond Russell, nephew Hughie and male voice choir for the uplifting and comforting renderings, the generosity of all who contributed to Nurses League and Adelaide Hospital Society Fund. Many thanks to all doctors and medical staff who cared for Polly, especially the nursing staff in ICU and Florence Nightingale Unit, Blackrock Clinic. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude. Polly's care for her patients, for her family, grandchildren and extended family with love and good humour will always be remembered.
