O'SULLIVAN Vera (Foxrock) (Died May 10, 2008) - On the First Anniversary, Ger, Carol-ann, Louise, Robert and Rhona wish to thank everyone who sympathised with us on the sad occasion of our mother's death. We extend a heartfelt thanks to all those who attended the funeral Mass, especially all of her friends who travelled to Dublin to be with us. A sincere thanks to those who sent Mass cards, flowers and the many letters of sympathy. Thank you to Fr. Tom O Keefe who celebrated the funeral Mass. We are deeply grateful for the wonderful care Mum received from the doctors and nurses during her stays in St. Vincent's Private Hospital and the Blackrock Clinic. Thank you also to her G.P. Dr. John McCusker. Most especially we would like to thank the Blackrock Hospice Home Care team for the kindness and comfort they gave to the whole family during Mum's final weeks. To everyone who knew and loved Vera, we trust that you will accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
