O'KEEFFE, Anna Teresa (Ballylough, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork.) May 14, 2017. The husband Ned and family Pat, Kevin, Deirdre, Ciaran and Lorraine, son-in-law Dominic, daughters-in-law Veronica and Barbara, Pam and grandchildren, sisters Ailis Buckley and Helen Dunne, brothers-in-law Michael and David, nephews and nieces, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law of the late Anna (Anne) wish to acknowledge their heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, funeral service and burial and who provided both practical and emotional support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, texted, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, Mass cards and messages of condolence, we are truly grateful. We would especially like to thank the staff, management, nurses and doctors, in particular Dr. Fiona Kiely of Marymount Hospice for their care, kindness and respect shown at all times. A special word of thanks to Dr. Jack Griffin and staff of the Living Health Clinic, Mitchelstown, the nurses and staff of the Mater Private Hospital, Prof David Gallagher and Dr. Tom Walsh and all at Thornhill's Pharmacy, Kildorrery. We extend our heartfelt thanks to her home carers Rose, Frances, Catherine and Carmel and most especially Mary C; Eileen, Margaret and Martin for their unconditional help and support at home. To all her friends and neighbours in Ballylough, Ballindangan and the surrounding areas and not least to her close friend of many years Nell, we extend our deepest gratitude. We would like to thank Fr. Michael Corkery P.P., Fr. Dan Gould P.P and the Reverend Fathers who attended and concelebrated at Anne's funeral Mass; the Gardaí, Michael Horgan and everyone who assisted in catering and parking throughout the days of the funeral. To those who prepared and participated in the Mass including Tom Atkins and his Choir, Betty Delaney, the flower society, John Ahern Sacristan and Richie Rea. Finally, we sincerely thank J.J O'Brien & Sons Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of all funeral arrangements. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our deepest gratitude and appreciation. Your thoughtfulness and kindness will always be remembered. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Anne's Months Mind Mass will take place in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballindangan on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 11.30am.
