O'KEEFFE (née Clarke) (Blanchardstown) - May 1, 2015 (peacefully), at Mount Hybla Nursing Home, Castleknock. Phyllis, beloved wife of the late Bernard and dear mother of Bernard and the late Norah. Sadly missed by her loving son, brother Mike, grandchildren Cian, Conor, Darren and Dylan, daughter-in-law Lorna, son-in-law John, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at Cunningham's Funeral Home, Clonsilla Village tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon from 3.00 o'clock until 5.00 o'clock. Removal to St. Mochta's Church, Porterstown on Monday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.00 o'clock followed by burial in Clonsilla Churchyard. Family flowers only please.
