FLOWER Alan Ernest Died January 20, 2017 (peacefully) in Bournemouth. Aged 71 years. Sadly missed by his sisters Barbara Plant of Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Pamela Dowson of Troon, Scotland. Fondly remembered by his family and close friends. Formerly Bournemouth Probus, RAF Association, Aden Veterans and the Conservative club. His Funeral Service will take place at St. Peter's Church Bournemouth on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 12.45pm. Family flowers only. Donations to 'RAF Benevolent Fund' may be sent to Head & Wheble Funeral Directors, 1a Oxford Road, Lansdowne, Bournemouth, BH8 8EY. Tel 0044 1202551190.

Barbara and 7thPamela, I have only now seen Alan's death notice. My deepest sympathy to you. I remember the three of you so well. You probably don't remember me, but we sometimes played together as children when you visited your relative Mrs Frances White in 49a Leinster Road, Rathmines. I lived there at the time with my parents.
