STEPHENS, Hazel (Blackrock Co. Dublin) December 17, 2020. Passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Sadly missed by her children Claire, Roy, Lucy and Sophie, grandchildren Oliver, Charlotte, Melissa and Felicity, brothers Richard, Brian and Mark, sister Avril, extended family and friends. The funeral has taken place privately. Donations if desired in lieu of flowers to Blackrock Hospice, The Irish Cancer Society or Irish Cancer Research.
