REA, Professor Sir Desmond

REA - Professor Sir Desmond, died peacefully at home on 25th May, surrounded by loving family. Devoted husband to Maeve, and much-loved father of Catherine, Alison, Susie and Jennifer. Adored grandfather to Amy, Tilly, Archie, Jack, Jamie, Molly, Lulu, Bea and Sienna, and father-in-law of Charles, Tom, David and Haafiz. Cherished brother to Noel and Rhoda. Dear friend to many at home and overseas. Desmond will be sadly missed. Your love and support are deeply appreciated. The family respectfully asks for no visitors at home, at this time. A funeral service will be held on Monday 1st June at 1.30 pm at Fisherwick Presbyterian Church, Belfast.
