LAMB John (Killiney, Co. Dublin) September 11, 2014. Peacefully, at Blackrock Clinic in the splendid care of the staff of the Florence Nightingale Unit and surrounded by his family. John, beloved husband of Rose, much loved father of Tim, Charles and Helen and proud grandfather of Conor, Rachael, Seán, Katie, Anna and Claire. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Laurie-Ann and Gillian, son-in-law Finghín, brother Peadar and his wife Geraldine, sisters Mary and Lallaí and his nephews, nieces and friends. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing (tomorrow) Sunday, from 4.00pm - 6.00pm at Quinn's Funeral Home Glasthule, Dún Laoghaire. Removal on Monday to the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey arriving at 9.50am for 10.00am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Redford Cemetery, Greystones. No flowers please. House private.
LAMB John, (Killiney, Co. Dublin) - On John's First Anniversary, Rose, Timothy, Charles and Helen together with our families remember him with love. We take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all those who supported us through his illness and who continue to support us. We thank all who attended John's funeral Mass in the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey, Fr. Devitt for celebrating the Mass, those who sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy and those who paid their respects as he reposed in Quinn's Funeral Home. We thank the staff of the Nightingale Unit at Blackrock Clinic who looked after John with such kindness during his final weeks. The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions."Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis"
