JOHNSTON, Dorothy (née Jones) (Dundrum and Glenageary) – July 6, 2021, peacefully at home, in the care of her loving family. Cherished mother and best friend of Ian and Suzanne, much loved mother-in-law of Ben, adored granny of Lucy and Megan. Loving and thoughtful sister of David, Hilary, Mervyn and the late Avril. Dorothy will be greatly missed by all who knew her including her entire family and a wide circle of friends. Due to current restrictions, a Funeral Service, limited to 50 people, will take place on Friday (July 9) at 11.00am in Holy Trinity Church, Rathmines, Dublin 6 and this may be viewed on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nceI7xiAZrA. Following the service, Dorothy will be laid to rest in Mount Venus Cemetery, Rathfarnham. Donations, in memory of Dorothy, to www.lauralynn.ie or www.dublincentralmission.ie .
