RAMPHUL, Lorraine (née O’Rowe) (of Dublin, Mauritius and Galway), peacefully in the company of family in Highfield Healthcare on May 9, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Dr Dyneshwar Ramphul and devoted mother to her loving children Sarah, Meera, Navin, Kiran and Eimear. Cherished grandmother to Lea (deceased), Dylan, Talia, Sophie, Kaia, Cathal, Isabel, Alexis and Ryleigh. She will be dearly missed by Catherine, Rose and all of her close friends, her sons-in-law and daughter-in-law, as well as by all her extended family and neighbours. Lorraine’s family wish to express their deep gratitude to the staff at Highfield Healthcare for the wonderful care and attention that they bestowed upon Lorraine. May she rest in peace. In accordance with Government guidelines, a private funeral will take place. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, in lieu of flowers to the Brothers of Charity Galway.
