Earnan de Blaghad

I am sure his friends looked after Earnan at his death. There were relations though who knew nothing of it at the time. I speak on their behalf. I am James Ernest Blythe, Dundrum. Co. Down. My mother who was a Hill married the brother of Earnan`s father Ernest.

I met Earnan a number of times and attended the funerals in Dublin of his mother and father. Memories.

From your cousin

I only met you twice; the last time at your father's funeral in Dublin, and I was still a child. I'm sorry I never got to know you, but you are remembered fondly. Rest in peace.
