DYER, Patrick (Monaleen Heights, Limerick), August 17, 2015. As the First Anniversary of Patrick's death approaches, his wife Caitlin, daughter Marion and extended family wish to thank all our relatives, friends, neighbours and Patrick's former revenue colleagues, who attended the Funeral Home, removal and Funeral Mass. A very special word of thanks to those who travelled long distances, called to our house, telephoned, sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, floral tributes, made donations to Milford Care Centre and to those who sympathised with us in our sad loss. We would also like to thank Dr. Robert Magnier, Prof. Lyons and his medical team, the staff at University Hospital Limerick and the Matron and staff at Roseville Nursing Home for all their exceptional care. We wish to express our thanks to the clergy who conducted the reception of the remains and the Requiem Mass, Monsignor Dan Neenan, Fr. Michael Browne, Fr. Michael O' Shea, Fr. Seán Slattery and Fr. John Duggan. A special word of thanks to the Monaleen Church Choir who contributed so much to the Mass. Particular thanks to Thompsons Undertakers for their kindness and professionalism. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions."May he Rest in Peace"
