WALSH - Dr. Dermot, (Fifth Anniversary) Remembering Dermot, much loved, greatly missed. Eilis
WALSH, Dermot Dr. (Russborough, Blessington, Co. Wicklow) - On his First Anniversary, February 8, our thoughts are of Dermot, a missed and loved husband, uncle, granduncle, brother-in-law and friend. His wife Eilis and all the family remember with gratitude our many friends who supported us at the time of his death and afterwards. We thank all the kind staff at St. Vincent's Hospital who cared for him and the nurses who sang so beautifully on his birthday, the feast of St. Blaise. We remember the words and generosity of his friends and colleagues in the Health Research Board, Psychiatry and Treoir. The unstinting support provided by Fr. Joe Mullan and the clergy at the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar is appreciated. We are grateful to David Fanagan and his team for their sensitivity and care throughout a difficult time. David McConnell, Organist, and Sandra Oman, Soprano, filled the church magnificently with music and song, a touching tribute to a gentle and courageous man.May he rest in peace.
