MOOHAN, Tom - March 21, 2015, Suckfield, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Peacefully in Portiuncula Hospital, in the presence of his loving family. Beloved husband and best friend of Pat (née Meyler, Wexford Town). Cherished father of Laura, Emma and his adored Helena (deceased). Deeply regretted by his grandchildren Ruaridh and Emilia, sisters Alice and Annie, son-in-law Ted, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, neighbours and loyal ex colleagues of L.M. Ericsson Ireland. Reposing at his residence today, Monday from 4pm to 7pm. Removal to St. Michael's Church, Ballinasloe for Funeral Mass tomorrow, Tuesday at 12 noon, followed by burial in Creagh Cemetery."With his big brown eyes

MOOHAN Tom - (First Anniversary) (Ballinasloe) March 21, 2015, father of our beloved Helena (predeceased), Tom is and always will be deeply loved and sorley missed by his wife Pat (née Meyler, Wexford Town) daughters Laura and Emma, grandchildren Ruaridh and Emelia, son-in-law Ted, sisters and extended family members. We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to our friends and neighbours and all who called to our home, sent Mass cards and letters, those who travelled long distance to be with us, your kindness will lift our spirits long into the future. Thanks also to Prof. Gerard Clarke, Dr. Camilla Murphy, nurse Helen Ely, Palliative Care and staff of Portiuncula Hospital, to Fr. Dan O'Donovan, Fr. Bernie Costello and Niamh Brennan Pastoral Care.
