O'LEARY Gerard (Gerry) (Cabinteely) - died December 30, 2009. On Gerry's first anniversary, his wife Breda and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us on the death of our beloved Gerard. The attendance of so many at his funeral, despite atrocious weather conditions, was a great comfort to the family. Our sincere thanks to Fr. Tom and Fr. Arthur of St. Brigids, Cabinteely and our colleagues in the choir, Dr Barry Danaher (GP) and Dr Paul Cregan and the care team of the Blackrock Hospice without whose support we would have been unable to care for Gerry at home. Also the practical help from the Sallynoggin Health Centre PHN and OT was much appreciated. The care and attention given to Gerry during his long illness was outstanding. Last, but not least, our wonderful neighbours who were always there for us and Sr. Patricia's welcomed daily visits. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all who sympathised with us on our great loss. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude.
