FURLONG, Ronan (Ferrybank, Wexford) Died May 4, 2014 - On the First Anniversary of his death, his wife Colette and his children Damian, Neville, Ronan, Kenan and Leah wish to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with them at the time of Ronan's death, those relatives, friends and former colleagues who attended his removal, funeral Mass and burial and especially those who travelled long distance to be with us. We would also like to thank everyone who sent Mass cards, flowers, letters of sympathy and those who called to our home. We also wish to convey our deep appreciation to the doctors and nurses of Wexford General Hospital who cared for Ronan. The kind and supportive roles played by our Bishop and local priests is also acknowledged with sincere thanks, especially Fr. Jim Fegan for the beautiful and uplifting Mass he celebrated. As a family, we humbly express our gratitude for the wonderful support we have received throughout the year: it has meant so much to us. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. Ronan's Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St. Ibar's Church, Castlebridge on Saturday May 2 at 7.30pm.
