Fr.Kiernan RIP

We are extremely upset to hear the news about Fr.Kiernan. We have very fond memories of a man who is a credit to the Catholic Church. He married us and we are still together today as we valued the time he gave us in preparation for our marriage and the values he upheld. We hope to meet him again one day.God Bless. Mr & Mrs Timothy Hurley. We were part of the parish of ST.Anthony now Holy Rood Watford.

Fr. kiernan RIP
I was so saddened to hear of Fr. kiernan death today. I grew up with Fr. kiernan, he was our parish priest till 1997. It was so great he came back to St Anthony's church in Edgware last weekend, though I saw him unfortunately I didn't get to speak to him. Fr. kiernan baptised me, made my communion with him and confirmation. He also baptised my eldest son, who is now 17. My family had a great relationship with him and he was wonderfully supportive when my brother was so ill. I also remember spending days out with him along with sister Bernadette. When I was 11 I was called to go to the head teacher's office, when I went in Fr Kiernan was there. He told me my dad had called and my brother had died. Sister and him drove me to the hospital. He organised everything for my family, the coffin, the plot and gave the best service. Thank you father, may you RIP. sending Fr kiernan's family our thoughts and prayers.
