BUTTERFIELD (née Smith) Rosaleen (Gort Na hUaigh, Co. Tipperary and late of Churchtown and Dundrum, Dublin)- June 1, 2010 (serenely) after a long illness bravely borne (brain donated to Beaumont Hospital Neurological Disease Brain Bank), thanks to the wonderful staff at James Connolly Hospital during her recent illness, and Professor Walsh and his team at St. James's Hospital for long-term treatment of her Parkinson's; predeceased by her husband Edward, beloved mother to Eamon, Sean, Deirdre and Fiona, sadly missed by her sisters Sheila, Una, Eithne, brother Sean, grandchildren Aran, Kieran, Tara, Sorcha and Finn, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass today (Thursday) at 10.00 o'clock at St. Mochta's Church, Luttrellstown Road, Dublin 15, with burial afterwards in her parent's Republican plot in Glasnevin Cemetery.
