McGLOUGHLIN, (Ballsbridge and late of Monkstown, Dublin), suddenly, but peacefully, at home, on December 19, 2020. Michael, adored husband, soul mate, bridge mate and best friend of Heidi Lillis. Sadly missed by his sister Mary Smith, brothers Vincent, Tim and Seamus, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, his heart-broken Indian family, especially Ataulla and Shanta, relatives, friends, kind neighbours and a wide circle of bridge players. R.I.P. Due to government guidelines, a private Funeral Mass will take place at St. Mary's Church, Haddington Road, at 11am this (Wednesday) morning . Donations, if desired, to Heidi India Fund.

It is with sadness that Peter and I learned of Michael's passing - he was a wonderful character who left all who encountered him feeling the warmth, humour and kindness that personified his nature. Deepest condolences, Deirdre, Peter, Emma, Rory and Amy Blain.
