O'HARE, (née Diffley) Jane, (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) - December 1, 2015, (peacefully), at her home, surrounded by her adoring family, beloved brave wife of Brendan and loving mother of Benjamin and Michael; deeply regretted by her mother Patricia, her brothers Andrew and Bernard, sister Sheila, her extended family and enormous circle of heartbroken friends. May she rest in peace. Reposing at her home this (Thursday) from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. Removal tomorrow (Friday) morning to St. Patrick's Church, Monkstown to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11.00 o'c and then to Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Blackrock Hospice.

O'HARE Jane (née Diffley), (Fourth Anniversary, December 1, 2015). Cherished wife of Brendan and loving mother of Benjamin and Michael. Honoured, revered and hugely missed by her family and friends; but forever in our hearts.

O'HARE, Jane (First Anniversary) - Remembering our heroine on this very special day, her memory will be treasured and honoured today and always - Benjamin, Michael, Patricia, Brendan, with Janey's family, extended family and extraordinarily wide circles of friends.

O'HARE - (née Diffley) Jane (Monkstown, Co Dublin) (Fifth Anniversary) - Loving and happy memories for our beautiful Mum, Jane. Loving wife to Brendan and a great friend to many who miss you dearly.

O'HARE - Jane, (Sixth Anniversary); always loved, never forgotten. Also commemorating her parents Stan and Patricia Diffley, anniversaries at this time. Rest In Peace. Benjamin, Michael and Brendan O’ Hare.

Dear Brendan. I only heard that Jane passed away in 2015 . I am so so so sad . She looked after me all those years ago in the Mater. I will never forget her . Breda ( Cavan )
