GALLIGAN, Castlebellingham and Cavan - November 19, 2011 at Our Lady's Hospital, Drogheda, Philip (Phil) retired Garda Sergeant, Dundalk Rd., Castlebellingham and formerly Thomascourt, Cavan. Beloved husband of Sheila and devoted father of Fiona (Sr.) and Catriona. Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers Peter, Barry, Chris and John, sisters Kathleen and Margaret, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces all his Garda colleagues, relatives and many friends, May he rest in peace. Reposing at Townley's Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda from 4.00 o'clock this evening (Tuesday) until 6.00 o'clock, followed by removal to the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan. Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home tomorrow (Wednesday) from 3.30 until removal at 5.45 to St. Dympna's Church, Lower Lavey, arriving at 6.30. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11.00 o'clock followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House strictly private.
