MacCONNELL, Joseph Smith (Clontarf, Dublin 3 and formerly of Cahir, Co. Tipperary) - July 25, 2015, (suddenly), at the Mater Private Hospital, beloved brother of Patrick, William and John; sadly missed by his brothers, sister-in-law Rita, cousin Audrey, extended family, relatives and many friends. Funeral Service on Saturday, August 1 at 12 noon, in St. Paul's Church, Cahir, Co. Tipperary followed by burial in Kilcommon Cemetery.

MacCONNELL (First Anniversary, July 25, 2015) - The family of the late Joseph Smith MacConnell (ex AIB) wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their sad loss. The many tributes and kindnesses received are deeply appreciated.

So sad to see Joe's death. He was a good work friend of mine in the Royal Bank Phibsboro for a good few years. Great company and good fun to be with. Don Tarleton.
