TIMONEY, Prof. Richard (Risteárd) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and School of Mathematics, Trinity College) January 1, 2019 – (peacefully) at St. James’s Hospital, following a long illness. Beloved husband of Margaret, loving father of Nuala, Pádraig and Kevin, son of Nora, grandfather of Connall and Cían, and brother of David, Nicola and Norma. He will be very sadly missed by his loving family, extended family, colleagues and friends. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Friday) morning at 10am at the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, in lieu, to the Irish Cancer Society, 43-45 Northumberland Road, D04 VX65 or www.cancer.ie. “Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis”
