O'BRIEN (Victoria Cross, Cork) - February 25, 2012, peacefully, in her 93rd year, in the tender loving care of the nurses and staff at Haven Bay Care Centre, Ita (née Ashe), dearly beloved wife of the late Des and much loved mother of Liam, Tom, Margaret, Anne, Jo and Des. Sadly missed by her loving family, sister Frankie, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reception Prayers today (Monday) at 12.45pm followed by Requiem Mass at 1pm in the Sacred Heart Church, Western Road. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael's Cemetery, Blackrock.May she rest in peace
