FARRELL, Sheila, (Dublin) - On the first anniversary of Mum's death (September 2, 2010), the family of the late Sheila Farrell (Paul, John and Denise, daughters-in-law Pam and Ruth, grandchildren Ronan, Neil, Eoin, Cian, Stephen and Claudia) would like to thank all those who offered sympathy on the loss of a very special mother and grandmother. We extend our sincere gratitude to all who attended our home, her Removal, Funeral Mass and Burial, to those who travelled long distances to be with us, to those who sent cards, flowers and letters of sympathy and to all who offered support. Thank you to Fr. Daithi Kenneally, Fr. Eugene McCarthy, Fr. Frank Haughey and Fr. Jack Meade who concelebrated her Funeral Mass at Kimmage Manor, and also thank you to Sr. Maura Winston for her support. Special thanks to the Vard Sisters for their beautiful singing. Thank you to the wonderful doctors and nurses of St. James Hospital who cared for her so well and also to her GP Dr. Arthur Searson. Thank you to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their kindness and professionalism. Sheila, with her wonderful sense of humour, made a real difference to all whose lives she touched. We will always treasure the many happy memories we have of her. Please accept this acknowledgment in grateful appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
