O'DONNELL Mary, (Dublin 4) (August 1, 2015) - Lovingly remembered and greatly missed by Barry, John, Catherine, Nick, Michael and their families.
O'DONNELL Mary (née Leydon) Ballsbridge, Dublin. Our beloved Mary died on August 1, 2015 - On her First Anniversary we, Barry (husband), John, Catherine, Nicholas and Michael (children), Michelene, Jane and Rosie (daughters-in-law), her eight adoring grandchildren and the extended Layden and O'Donnell families would like to thank all who supported us at that time of our irreparable loss and in this very difficult year. We knew that Mary was a wonderful and special person and it was hugely comforting for us to realise the great number of people who felt the same way about her. We would like to thank the staff of both Our Lady's (Stroke Ward), St. Vincent's University Hospital and St. Vincent's Private Hospital for their matchless kindness and care. There are many consultants to be thanked for their professionalism and compassion. They include Drs. Tim Cassidy, Sean O'Riordan and Eoin Tiernan. It was a real consolation to the family to feel at all times that she could not have been in better hands. The Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook was at the centre of Mary's world. She was married there, she attended Mass there daily, and her funeral Mass was fittingly there. Msgr. Lorcan O'Brien had visited her many times in hospital and he put together a Requiem, which was a wonderful evocation of her spiritual life. We thank all those who attended the removal and funeral and sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions."In our hearts forever"
