CREMER Dr. Mary Patricia (Pat) née Hegarty, late of Cork City and Harbour View, Kilbrittain, died peacefully at her home in Wallington, Surrey, UK - Saturday, August 29, 2015, aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Richard Cremer. Mother of Nicola, John and Catherine, a loving grandmother, aunt and friend. Requiem Mass on Saturday, September 12, at 12 noon in St. Patrick's Church, Kilbrittain, Co. Cork, Ireland. Burial after in the adjoining cemetery. Flowers welcome.
