Louis

I am so sad to hear the news about Louis's passing. I worked with Louis for a few years in Gateway circa 1996 and I have very fond memories of Louis. He was always in good form, jovial, always ready to lighten the mood on a stressful day in work. Louis had bucket loads of charisma. He would brighten up a room when he walked in. I still have a great picture of a few of us playing soccer close to the Gateway building in Clonshaugh from back then, happy times .My deepest sympathy to all his family and I hope you all can take comfort in the knowledge that Louis brightened up the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. My deepest sympathies.JJ Mallon, Longford

Louis
So sad to hear this news. I worked with Louis in Gateway and he was always a pleasure to be around. Always was a friendly, caring and compassionate person who never had a bad word to say about anyone. My deepest sympathy to his family and remember he was a great person and the world is a better place for him bing here, albeit for just a short time. Ken Pepper x

Louis Dowling
Lesley I am very sorry to hear of Louis passing. I worked with Louis for three years when I worked at Medtronic and always enjoyed his company. He was a great character and always had a good joke or story to tell. I lost my wife 8 years ago and can empathise with your loss. I do hope that in the days and months ahead that the pain and upset that you are feeling now will ease and the great times that you, Louis and Larry shared will be remembered fondly. Louis was a great guy and I feel honoured to have worked with and to have known him. With my kindest regards and warmest feelings, Jonnie Goodwin, Summerhill, Co Meath
