GILLIS, Sr Monica - (Religious Sisters of Charity, Shalom, St Mary's Merrion, Dublin). February 1, 2022 (peacefully) at Beechlawn Nursing Home. Predeceased by her loving parents, George and Dora (née Weadick), her brothers George and Jack, sister-in-law Maura, and niece Martina. Deeply regretted by her brother Paddy, sisters Doreen, Rita and Therese, brother-in-law Tom, sisters-in-law Carmel and Clare, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, great grand nephew and niece, extended family and friends, her community in Merrion, and the Congregation of the Religious Sisters of Charity. The funeral Mass will take place on Saturday (February 5) at 12.00 noon in the Sacred Heart Church, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, followed by burial in the Community Cemetery, Donnybrook.
