HUGHES, (née McBride) Maura (late of Sutton, Dublin) - Passed away peacefully, 6th January 2024, after a short illness met with courage. Predeceased by her sister Eileen. Beloved wife of Frank and much-loved mum of Joan and Áine. Will be very sadly missed by her husband and daughters, sons-in-law Stephen and Michael, grandchildren Andrew, Jennifer, Jack and Ben, sister Brigid, sister-in-law Deirdre, brother-in-law Brendan, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Reposing at her home on (Wednesday) evening, 10th January, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to St. Fintan’s Church, Sutton, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery Extension. For those who are unable to attend the Funeral Mass it will be streamed live. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.
