O'CONNELL, (née Gillooly), (Sligo), April 18, 2018, (peacefully) in the exceptional care of St.Phelim`s Nursing Home, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim in her 98th year, Alice, (Circular Road). Predeceased by her beloved husband Leo. Dear mother of Mary (Osborn), (Norwich), Anne (Arklow), Rita (Doran), (Glencar), Clare (Sligo) and John (Letterkenny). Sadly missed by her son and daughters, sons-in-law Stephen, Joe, Aidan and Paddy, daughter-in-law Tena, grandchildren Enda, Una, Edel, Catherine, Hugh, Sean, Jack, Lucy, Rory and Ellen, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest In Peace. Reposing at The Foley & Mc Gowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo this (Friday) evening from 6pm until 7:30pm. Funeral will arrive to The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo tomorrow (Saturday) morning for Requiem Mass at 11:30am with burial afterwards in Sligo Cemetery. House Private Please.
