EVANS (George) (January 4, 2007) - Glenys, Geoffrey, Gary and Rachael wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on the death of George; to Ann Gortland, Palliative Care Nurse, Dr Damien Doyle of Carnew and to the people who wrote letters, sent cards and flowers. We would especially like to thank the staff of the Blackrock Hospice for their excellent care and support during George's illness.
