COONEY - Terry (Rathfarnham and Finglas). On this his First Anniversary (September 8, 2022) Terry’s wife Teresa and children John, Emer and Brendan and his extended family wish to sincerely thank all who sympathised with us on our sad loss. Our grateful thanks to those who attended his reposing and funeral service, sent letters, floral tributes, cards, and Mass cards, and who visited Terry and supported us during his illness. We were greatly comforted by the memories of Terry that were shared in condolence messages.

Thanks to Glenanne Hockey Club who formed a Guard of Honour. We are extremely grateful to Terry’s carer Gabriella, Dr. Ailbhe Smyth of Rathfarnham Medical Centre, and the wonderful team at Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross for the care he received during his illness. Special thanks to his lifelong friend Fr. Brendan Quinlan who celebrated his Requiem Mass and officiated at his graveside.

Our thanks to Jill, our funeral director, for her empathy and the professional way she guided us through the funeral arrangements. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our heartfelt gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
