BOLAND, Brigid (Betty) (Leopardstown, former Librarian) - July 23, 2019 (peacefully), in her ninety-third year, in the exceptional care of the staff at Leopardstown Park Hospital, dearly loved sister of Pauline and daughter of the late Vincent and Kay Boland and sister of the late Dr. Maureen Boland McMahon; Betty will be forever loved and sadly missed by her extended family, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace. Reposing at Leopardstown Park Hospital today (Wednesday) from 4 o'c. to 6 o'c. Funeral tomorrow (Thursday) morning at 11 o'c. in Leopardstown Park Hospital Chapel, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.

Ann Fitzpatrick : I met Betty in Leopardstown Park where she was in respite with my mother. She was always very friendly and when my mother moved to Glencullen ward after she did, she was very welcoming and always made sure that she was ok.
