McGRATH - P. J. (Kilbeg, Claremorris and late of Kilmaine, Co. Mayo,
Retired St. Colman’s College, Former President and Chairman of the Mayo GAA County Board, President of the Connaught Council and Trustee of the GAA) March 22, 2021. After a long illness bravely borne, reunited with his baby son Cathal, in the loving care of the staff of St Attracta’s Nursing Home, Charlestown. Deeply missed by his beloved wife Phil, sons Paraic, Seán, Séamus and daughter Áine, daughters-in-law, Clara, Valerie, Valerie, son-in-law Peadar and grandchildren, Joseph, Naoise, Olivia, Phoebe, Soracha, Ella, Eoin and Tom. Deeply regretted by his sisters, brothers, sisters-in-laws, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and his many friends. Funeral leaving from his home at 2.30 via Ballyhaunis Road, Market Square and Dalton Street today (Thursday) for Funeral Mass at 3.00 o'clock in St. Colman’s Church, Claremorris followed by burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery. Mass can be viewed on You Tube Claremorris Church Live or on Local Parish Radio 106 FM. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to Western Alzheimers Mayo or Parkinsons Association of Ireland.
