CLARKE - Marianne (née Heavey) (Foxrock and Athlone) August 31, 2021. On the First Anniversary of Marianne’s passing, Aidan and family would like to express their thanks to family, all Marianne’s friends, especially her tennis and book club pals, neighbours and her colleagues from teaching, who have supported us in our grief. Special thanks to the staff and students of St. Brigid’s Boys’ N.S., Foxrock who formed a guard of honour on the day of the funeral. Also thanks to Father Aquinas of St. Brigid's Church, Cabinteely for a beautiful ceremony. Our deepest gratitude to everyone who took the time to write cards, send messages and support us in a myriad of ways. We thank the doctors and nurses of St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, the Homecare Team and nurses from Blackrock Hospice and the night nurses from the Irish Cancer Society - angels all.
