HOLAHAN, Venerable Archdeacon Ciarán Canon (Pastor Emeritus, Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, Dublin), 12 May 2020, peacefully in the care of Belmont House Nursing Home. Deeply regretted by his sister Catherine (Kitty), sister-in-law Mary, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, along with Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, Bishop Jim Moriarty, fellow Priests of the Diocese, and parishioners of the parishes in which he ministered. Pre-deceased by his twin brother Seán, brother Paud and sister Colette. In keeping with Government restrictions, a private funeral will take place. Fr Holohan was an energetic senior curate in Dalkey in my youth. I remember him fondly and commend his soul to the tender mercy of God. (Rev) Michael Cahill
