HUGHES Robert (Bobby) (formerly of Wilford, Dublin Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow) - October 14, 2011 peacefully, after a long illness fought with great courage and dignity, at Tallaght Hospital, Dublin. Beloved husband of Miriam and the late Nancy, much loved father of Alan, John, Anne, Robert and the late Sandra and loving brother of Annabella (Ciss) and the late Arthur, he will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, sister, daughters-in-law Caroline, Mina, Julie, and by Emmett (Anne's partner), grandchildren Jonathan, Jenny, Mandy, Hannah, Claudia, Ariane, Robert and Zoë, relatives and friends. Funeral Service on Monday October 17, at 11.00 o'clock in Christ Church, Church Road, Bray, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. There will be a retiring collection for Cancer Research. House Private.
