MOORE - (née Murray) Patricia T., late of Bushy Park House, Terenure (July 19, 2024). On Mums first anniversary, we, her surviving children, Nicholas, Ann, Peter, Mary Pat and Frances, would like to express our deep gratitude to all our extended family, and to her friends and neighbours in Bushy Park House for their kindness and support of Mum during her final years. Special thanks to Trish and the Comfort Keepers Home Care Team whose care and expertise helped Patricia to remain in her beloved home for as long as possible.

Thanks to Mum's extended medical team, Rathgar Medical Practice, Dublin Ambulance Service, St James Hospital, St. Luke's Hospital and the Blackrock Clinic.

To Dr Jonathan Lyne whose expertise and charming kindness kept Mum's heart in good shape beyond all expectations.

And thanks to Fr. Bob, Fr. Éanna and to Tommy and the Fanagans Rathfarnham team for their exceptional service looking after us all on Mum's final journey.

We would like to thank most sincerely all those who attended the removal and Funeral Mass, many of whom travelled long distances to be there, and to those who offered their condolences, sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and messages of comfort. The magnificent support given to us by our friends and family, will long be remembered.
