O'KELLY Dr. William D. (Liam), (Terenure, died June 19, 2011) - On this Liam's First Anniversary, Liam's wife Marjorie and daughters, Ruth (Keely), Eimear and Anne would like to thank all those who sympathised with them on the sad loss of Liam. We wish to express sincere thanks and appreciation to those who attended the Church Service on the eve of the funeral and the next day's Requiem Mass, those who sent Mass Cards, letters of sympathy and messages, all of which were of great comfort to us. We would also like to acknowledge our grateful thanks and appreciation to all the staff at Elm Hall Nursing Home, Celbridge, who looked after Liam for five years, Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown (Maple Ward) and Our Lady's Hospice (Harold's Cross). Our sincere thanks to Fr. Karl Fortune who conducted a beautiful service at St. Pius X Church, Templeogue and to the soloist Katy Kelly for the wonderful singing. We would like to thank all the staff at Fanagan's Funeral Directors for their professionalism and help which was much appreciated. Finally, our warmest thanks to our extended families, and to all our friends and colleagues for their support. As it would not be possible to thank each person individually, we would like to ask that this acknowledgement be accepted as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. Liam is deeply missed and fondly remembered.
