Donegal, former Vice Principal Saint Columba's Comprehensive School, Glenties) - March 23, 2014 (peacefully) at Massereene Manor Private Nursing Home, Antrim, with his loving family by his side; beloved husband of Kathleen and devoted father of Seán, Séamus, Eibhlín (Scott), Nábla (McAuley) and Máire (O'Neill); dear brother of Patrick, James, Donal, Hugh, Fr. Francis McLoone PP Killymard, Nábla (McCarthy) and the late Eileen (Loftus). He is deeply and deservedly missed by his loving wife and family, brothers and sister, daughters-in law Wendy and Violeta, sons-in-law Mark Scott, John McAuley and Shane O'Neill, grandchildren Ella and Danny (Scott), Aodhán, and Niamh (O'Neill), Danny (McAuley), Maya, Anthea and Sarah McLoone, uncle John Gallagher, aunt Kathleen Boyle, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family. Removal from McCusker Bros. Funeral Home, Garden Street, Magherafelt, Co. Derry, at 12 noon, today, Monday, going to his residence at Cornagrillagh, Glenties, Co. Donegal (via Derry-Letterkenny-Glenties). Reposing at his home from this afternoon until removal Wednesday morning to the Church of The Holy Family Edeninfagh, Glenties for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
