O'DONOHOE Jacqueline (Jackie) (Clontarf) June 20, 2011 - Jackie's loving husband Matt and her adored sons Damien, Matthew, Paul and Conor, parents Phil and Gertie and family members would like to thank their relatives, friends and colleagues and all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. To those who visited the family home, attended the removal and funeral, especially those who travelled such long distances, those who sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy and to those who made donations to the Little Sisters of the Poor. A special word of thanks to Fr. Fingleton, Fr. Cormac and the team in Clontarf parish, to the Religious Sisters, nurses and staff of Sacred Heart Residence, Sybil Hill, Mr. O'Brien, Dr. Grogan, Mr. Philips, Dr. Kelly and all the nurses and staff of the Richmond Ward, Beaumont Hospital. As it would be impossible to thank each person individually we hope you accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
