CARROLL, John F. (Sutton, Dublin) – April 19, 2018 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of all the staff at Mount Hybla Nursing Home, former President of SIPTU and ITGWU, husband of the late Kitty (née Rice). He will be sadly missed by his family, son John, daughter Brenda, daughter-in-law Helen, son-in-law Des, grandchildren, sister Frances, relatives, extended family and friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand this (Friday) evening from 5pm until 7pm with family in attendance. All welcome. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Saturday) morning in Church of the Resurrection, Bayside at 10 o’clock. Funeral thereafter to Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu please, to Focus Ireland.
