O'CONNELL, Morgan; Ballymote Road, Tuam, Co. Galway. 9th May 2021. Suddenly and very peacefully at home. Dearest and cherished husband of Deirdre, devoted father of Edel and Morgan R., generous father-in-law of Lorna and Owen, fondest and proud grandfather of Aisling and Luke. Predeceased by siblings Mary, Fr. Brendan, Liam and Noreen. Loving, warm-hearted, kind and good-humoured, he will be very sadly missed by his sisters Alacoque and Kathleen and brothers Fr. Conal and Paul, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and friends. At the wishes of his family and in keeping with Government advice and HSE guidelines on public gatherings a private Funeral Mass will take place in St. Mary’s Cathedral, Tuam tomorrow (Wednesday) at 12.00 o’c for immediate family only. Mass will be live streamed at www.brightblueproductions.ie Funeral afterwards to Tuam Cemetery. The O’Connell family appreciate your respect, support and understanding at this time.
