KING (Salem, Wicklow Town and formerly Clooneyquinn, Co. Roscommon) in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin, John, dearly beloved husband of Catherine, loving father of Liz (McAleese) and Ed, darling Papa to Joe, Kate, Tom, Rosanna, Tessa and Hugo. Sadly missed by his loving family, sisters-in-law Maura, Susan and Teresa, son-in-law Tom, daughter-in-law Laura, extended family, relatives and friends. John will be reposing at McCrea's Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town from 4.00pm to 8.00pm tomorrow (Friday) with removal on Saturday morning to St. Patrick's Church, Wicklow Town arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium on Monday (Family only). Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Irish Heart foundation.May he Rest in Peace

KING, John December 28 - On this his First Anniversary, Catherine, Elizabeth and Edward wish to express their gratitude to all those who supported John during his illness and in particular to those who cared for him, especially Professor Ken McDonald, the staff of SVPH, Salem Medical Centre and Leonard and Mulvey Pharmacy. We thank Fr. Donal Roche and Fr. John Gannon for officiating at his funeral Mass and burial respectively, to Wicklow Choir for the beautiful music and to McCrea's Funeral Directors for their guidance and professionalism. A special word of thanks to those who travelled long distances to the funeral home and Mass and to those who kindly sent thoughtful sympathy cards and letters. Our heartfelt thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours for their unending support at all times. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions and we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude.
