MELLETT, Elizabeth (Avonleigh, Galway Road and Golf Links Road, Roscommon) May 11, 2016; (Peacefully), at the Mater Hospital, Dublin; after a long illness bravely borne; much loved daughter of Mary and Pearse and sister of Mark and Ruth. She will be very sadly missed by her parents, brother, sister, and their partners Sinéad and Ciarán, nephew Diarmuid, niece Niamh, uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and her amazing friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at her home at Golf Links Road, Roscommon today (Friday) from 4 o'c until 8 o'clock Removal tomorrow (Saturday) to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12.30 o'clock Burial afterwards in Labane (Ardrahan) Cemetery, Co Galway at 6 o'c approx. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Mater Foundation. House private on Saturday morning please.Life is but an instant between

Dear mellett family, I was so sorry to hear that Elizabeth passed away. I have been thinking a lot about her and feel she was a lesson in generosity of spirit- always so interested and happy for others. My thoughts are with you Tanya Clarke
