McCREADY (née Doyle) Anne (Lower Churchtown Road, Dublin 14 and formerly of Milltown Village) - May 12, 2015, (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family, friends and relatives at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, beloved wife of the late Eddie; sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons, grandchildren, brother, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home from 4pm today (Thursday). Funeral Mass tomorrow (Friday) morning at 10am at the Church of Ss. Columbanus and Gall, Milltown Road, followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W or www.olh.ie."May she rest in peace"
McCREADY, Anne (Milltown) First Anniversary, May 12. Our treasured mother remembered with so much love and missed so much. Anne's family wish to extend our sincerest appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us on the loss of our beloved mother. Thank you to our relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues who called to the house, sent letters, Mass cards and flowers and attended the funeral. Thank you to all those who cared so lovingly for her during her illness, Thanks to the Harold's Cross palliative home care team, to the Dundrum Health Centre at Rockfield Balally who ensured her comfort and safety as her illness progressed. Thanks to Father Briscoe for his regular visits that gave Mam so much comfort and to the parish team of St Columbanus and St Gall's Church in Milltown who assisted in making her funeral so special. Thanks to Dr John Hastings of Sandyford Village for his many years of caring for Mam and to Dr Salib and his team in St. Lukes in Rathgar. A special thank you to the marvellous doctors, nurses, and carers of Harold's Cross Hospice who cared for Mam with much kindness and consideration and for maintaining her dignity with so much respect on her final journey. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest gratitude to all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.'Forever Loved, Forever Missed'
