HUGHES, Mary (née Neilan) (Boyle Road, Roscommon) -. May 14th 2024, (Peacefully), surrounded by her adoring family, in the warm and heartfelt care of the staff at the Roscommon Hospice. Beloved daughter of the late Billy and Anna (nee Johnston). She will be forever missed by her heartbroken husband Pat, and treasured children Joanna, Martina and Patrick, loving sister Phil (Hayden) Creevy, and brothers William (Dublin), Oscar (Castlecoote), Pat (Ballyshannon), and Michael (Knockcroghery), son-in-law Rónán, and Patrick’s girlfriend Caitríona, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, friends and neighbours. Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) this (Wednesday) evening from 5 o’ clock until 7 o’ clock. Removal from her home tomorrow (Thursday) morning at 10:30am, arriving to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’ clock. Burial afterwards in St. Coman’s Cemetery.
