BROWNE, (née Hanratty) Sybil (Late of Blackrock, Co Dublin and formerly of Kinlough, Co. Leitrim) April 25, 2025. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff in CareChoice Nursing Home, Clonakilty, Co. Cork. Beloved wife of the late Gerald and dear mother of Ann, Linda and Lucy. She was predeceased by her siblings Phyllis, Ita, Emma and Patrick. Loving grandmother of Siobhan, Orla, Alex, David, Max and Tessa. Much loved and sadly missed by sons-in-law Donal and Luc, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Sybil will be reposing tomorrow evening (Thursday) from 5pm to 7pm in Carnegie's Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94 XK28. Funeral on Friday (2nd May) in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock arriving at 9.40am with Reception prayers at 9.45am and Mass at 10am followed by cremation at Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6w. For those who cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed using the Church webcam. Sympathy messages for Sybil's family can be left on RIP. Family flowers only please.
