O'BRIEN, William (Churchtown) September 5, 2023, peacefully, in the care of St Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents, Tim and Peg, his sisters, Sheila and Eileen and his niece Sorcha. Beloved husband of Róisín Uí Bhriain, much loved father of Mártan and Míde and Daideo to Caitríona, Fíona, Andrew, Dara, Ben, Surya, Shay and Pozi. Deeply regretted by his loving wife, son, daughter, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Sarves, sister Catherine, brother Brian, relatives and friends. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Friday afternoon (September 8) from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Saturday morning (September 9) to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am (which can be viewed live at www.goodshepherdchurchtown.ie/web-cam) followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. O'BRIEN - William. On Bill's first anniversary, we wish to express our thanks to all relatives, friends, "Last Thursday" friends and neighbours who sympathised with us and those who sent Mass cards and letters. Thanking also St Vincent's Hospital for their care and attention, also the ambulance men who were great.

Sadly missed by Róisín, Mártan, Míde, Sarves and grandchildren Caitríona, Fiona, Andrew, Dara, Ben, Surya and Shay.
